Front office Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Well versed in English.
- Process guest reservations through telephone & internet.
- Attend to walk in guests.
- Record-keeping and the guest account reconciliation.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Chambermaid

Responsibilities:
- Attend to house-keeping.
- Consolidation of laundry.



Administrative Executive


Reponsibilities:

-         Attend to daily administrative operations.

-         Able to use Microsoft Office and Internet. (Computer literate)

-         Willing to travel and run errands out of office.

-         Possess driving and bike license.


Free-Lance Tour Guide

 

Requirements: 

- Possess driving license. (Better but not compulsory to have own transport)

- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay.

- Good Understanding of Melaka’s History.

- Comfortable with group leading and public speaking.

- Good interpersonal skills.
